Transportation Investment Corporation (TI Corp) has a mandate to deliver $9.3 Billion in major infrastructure on behalf of the Ministry of Transportation and Infrastructure and the Ministry of Tourism, Arts, Culture and Sport.

TI Corp is currently delivering the Pattullo Bridge Replacement Project, the Broadway Subway Project, the Kicking Horse Canyon Project – Phase 4, the George Massey Crossing Project including the Steveston Interchange Project and the Collections and Research Building Project (a component of the Royal BC Museum Modernization Project).

TI Corp is also responsible for the updated business case for the Royal BC Museum Modernization Project and is developing the Surrey-Langley SkyTrain concept plan.

The Government of B.C. re-purposed TI Corp to become a major project governance and delivery organization. TI Corp is committed to building capacity internally and, by extension, within the BC Public Service. The organization will apply robust and consistent controls and practices across the major infrastructure projects.

TI Corp was established under the Transportation Investment Act. TI Corp is a subsidiary of the BC Transportation Finance Authority and is governed by a board of directors.
