Senior Procurement & Contract Specialist

Reporting to the Manager, Procurement & Contracts, the position is responsible for managing the procurement life-cycle for a variety of Owners contracts (consulting services contracts) from simple to complex opportunities with some considered high profile and politically sensitive. The Senior Specialist facilitates and supports the procurement processes, provides guidance and advice to project teams on the acquisition of goods and services, and supports the implementation of leading contract management practices.
