Transportation Investment Corporation’s (TI Corp) mandate is to provide procurement, delivery and commercial oversight of assigned major capital transportation projects. Currently, TI Corp is delivering the Pattullo Bridge Replacement Project, the Broadway Subway Project, the Kicking Horse Canyon Project – Phase 4, the Royal BC Museum Modernization Project, and the George Massey Crossing Project (which includes the Steveston Interchange Project). TI Corp is a subsidiary of the BC Transportation Finance Authority (BCTFA) and is governed by a board of directors.
TI Corp is committed to building capacity internally and, by extension, within the BC Public Service. The organization will apply robust and consistent controls and practices across the major transportation projects.

The position develops and implements strategies for effective communication and engagement during the construction of the Broadway Subway, identifies opportunities and issues, leads initiatives to build awareness of and excitement for the project, provides advice on resolving stakeholder issues, coordinates with the project’s technical team to ensure awareness of construction activities, and is a direct point of contact and visible presence in the community with residents and businesses to support the success of the Broadway Subway Project. In addition to interest from the general public, the Project has identified more than 2000 individuals, groups and organizations along the Broadway Subway Project alignment including businesses, schools, residences and Hospitals/Health Care Services.
