Transportation Investment Corporation’s Vancouver OR Victoria office is seeking a Manager, Human Resources and Executive Operations to join our dynamic, energetic and innovative Human Resources team. Our Human Resources team functions as valued business partners in the organization and, as a result, is a very hands-on group. We have strong relationships with our fellow employees, the leadership team and the executive team who rely on our expertise.
The role of Manager HR and Exec Ops is part of the Human Resources team and will participate in maintaining and enhancing the TI Corp’s human resources policies, programs, and practices with a heavy focus in learning and development and succession strategies. In addition, this position manages the daily operations of the Executive Offices, provides administrative support to the Board and corporate services, and supervises all administrative employees.
Our ideal candidate is an experienced administrative professional who has also gained some HR Generalist experience. Interest and aptitude in planning learning and development strategies and succession strategies will be an asset. Under the direction of the Director HR & Operations, this position will create and deliver a vision for the Executive Admin team that meets operational requirements and sets a consistent delivery of service across the organization to ensure the TI Corp meets its mandate and achieves its strategic and operational priorities.
