TI Corp is led by a dynamic group of people with expertise in the areas of transportation infrastructure, tolling, customer service, information technology, performance planning and finance. The leadership team brings a wealth of knowledge and experience gained from service in the public, not-for-profit and private sectors.
President and Chief Executive Officer
Irene is leading TI Corp through the transition from an infrastructure delivery organization to a consumer-focused tolling company prepared to take on future infrastructure projects in BC. Irene has an accomplished track record with over 20 years of experience in the transportation and infrastructure industry, and has held executive positions within the international multi-sport event industry and broader transportation field. Irene has also held executive roles at Air Canada, the Vancouver Organizing Committee for the 2010 Olympic and Paralympic Winter Games, and the Toronto Organizing Committee for the 2015 Pan and Parapan American Games. Throughout her career, she has remained an avid volunteer for organizations such as the Alzheimer Society of BC and Special Olympics Canada.
Vice President, Tolling and Customer Engagement
Max is responsible for TReO customer service and experience through all channels – the call centre, the treo.ca website and two walk-in centres. Max also has accountability for TI Corp’s Information Technology systems, including the TReO toll system. Prior to joining TI Corp, Max held a variety of public and private sector roles with an emphasis on communications, marketing and customer service.
Executive Director, Finance and Chief Financial Officer
Mario is responsible for a broad range of functions related to finance, including financial reporting, general accounting, internal controls, external audits, payroll, budgets, treasury, debt administration and financial analysis. His experience to date has been across commerce, public practice and various levels of government, including both not-for-profit and government business enterprises. Mario gained his business degree and accounting qualifications in Australia (CPA and CA ANZ), and in 2010 made his way to Canada where he now enjoys the west-coast lifestyle.
Executive Director, Performance Planning and Business Development
Sveto is responsible for TI Corp’s performance planning and business development. His role includes the development of corporate strategy and integration of corporate support functions, including performance planning and monitoring, compliance, audit, risk management and business intelligence, as well as strategic procurement and highway operations and maintenance. Sveto is an experienced business leader in the areas of transportation and business consulting, and his career includes previous roles at Air Canada, the Vancouver Organizing Committee for the 2010 Olympic and Paralympic Winter Games and WorkSafeBC. Sveto holds graduate degrees in commercial law and business administration.
Director, Communications and Community Engagement
Gregory is responsible for communicating TI Corp’s mission and values through community outreach initiatives and stakeholder/media relations. He came to TI Corp from communications agency work, where he specialized in media relations and community event management. Gregory has worked with corporate and non-profit clients on a variety of files from infrastructure projects to sporting events.
